Dances with Wolves meets Orbs

Standard

Meet Michael Blake who wrote Dances with Wolves while he was living in Bisbee, Arizona.

Michael Blake was onstage this evening at the Bisbee Royale showing us posters of some of his books. He has a powerful presence that intrigued the orbs.

Here is what we can see with our eyes. With digital flash the next photo will let us see beyond the narrow spectrum we are accustomed to:

Michael Blake has won the Academy Award for best adapted screenplay, the Golden Globe award for best screenplay, the Eleanor Roosevelt award for work with minorities, The Animal Protection Institute’s Humanitarian of the Year award, and the Americanism Award from the Air Force Sergeants Association, to name just a few highlights of the many honors he has received.

This is what I love about Bisbee, you simply can’t make assumptions about people merely by glancing at them.  Oftentimes they are true gems whose lives extend far beyond our little border town.

For those of you who are new to this blog or would like to revisit the explanation as to what orbs are, this might be of help: https://orbsdelight.wordpress.com/2012/10/23/closeup-on-orbs/

About orbphotog

Born in the West, I studied photography and painting at the School of Visual Arts in New York City before being drawn back home to the open skies of western living. My camera is always close at hand to capture changing light and to record what catches my eye. However, it is my recent discovery of being able to see orbs through the medium of digital photography that has sparked my passion for photographing the night. All photographs in this blog are copyrighted by me. Occasional photos by guests are copyrighted by the photographer. Please contact if you would like to order prints.
